#1) - In-house Apple Hardware Technician

Oldest Macintosh only service and support company in CT is looking to hire an experienced Macintosh hardware technician. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running with minimal training and hand holding. Hardware diagnostic expertise is critical.

Hardware to be worked on can span 5 to 10 years+ including, eMac, iMac, PowerBook, iBook, G3, G4, Cube, legacy PowerMac Machines, etc. Apple Desktop certification is a plus but not required. We are more interested in your ability to do a high quality job then have a certificate.

Some OS experience is required as well including OS 8, 9 and X.

We will provide all tools, diagnostics, etc.

This is a clean and smoke free environment as well.

#2) - On-site Systems Engineer

Oldest Macintosh only service and support company in CT is looking to hire an experienced Senior Macintosh Systems Engineer. The correct candidate will have extensive knowledge of Apple software and hardware built and used in the last 5 to 10 years.

Extensive diagnostic experience both hardware and software is a must.

The correct candidate will have a lot of experience with OS 8, 9, X and OS X Server software. Additionally we are looking for someone who is very knowledgeable in most design and pre-press applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark, Acrobat, Suitecase, Font Reserve, etc.

Hardware can range from a PowerMac 6100 to a new G5 and everything in between including PowerBooks, iBooks, etc.

Networking knowledge is a must as well including AppleTalk, AppleShare IP, OS X Serve,
X Raid, ARD, IP.
