This patented process is done by doing a thorough physical audit of every machine, device, network cable and printer in your office then having a short face to face interview with each user asking him/her specific questions about their systems. Lastly, we meet with the technology managers to discuss their feeling on their current technology infrastructure and mutually create technology goals for the next 1, 3 and 5 year period.
After this fact finding process, TR puts together a detailed company technology plan and presents it to the IT Manager, Owner and other decision makers to discuss in detail.
