Technology Revealed offers business users, home users and SOHO clients the advantage of being able
to bring their computers into our state-of-the-art repair facilities in Milford, CT.
Additionally, customers from any state can send their computer to our facility for repair. Once we receive your computer we will call you to discuss the details and repair costs. |

What to expect when you come in
When you bring your computer to us you will be greeted by our friendly and
knowledgeable staff. We will ask you some questions about the
problems you are having with your computer, then we will give you a copy of the repair
order before you leave.
We ask that you please bring all software including applications, operating system,
drivers, cables, etc.
that you have for your computer in case we need to reinstall anything.
Additionally, we ask that you perform a complete backup of every file on your computer.
Technology Revealed is not responsible for any data loss.
Repair Facilities
Our state of the art repair facility consists of climate controlled, static free work benches, grounded benches and mats, and a full line of Apple related tools. We also have Apple hardware diagnostic software, a computer component grade vacuum, high speed internet access, legacy modem access, etc.

Repair Turnaround
With our direct connection to Apple we can get any part needed to fix your computer, check warranty status before you leave and can track any parts ordered from Apple. Repair turn around can be as quick as the same day or up to a week plus depending on parts and availability. We want to get your computer back to you as soon as possible. In certain circumstances we do have loaner computers and monitors.
Printer Repairs on all major model printers including HP, Epson, NEC, QMS, Apple, Lexmark, etc. All printer repairs are facilitated through GP Laser Printer Repair, a vendor with over 10 years experience. GP Laser Printer Repair can be contacted at 203.925.9046

Master Apple Authorized Service Provider
Technology Revealed performs in-house or on-site warranty (if you bought an AppleCare Extended Warranty for on-site repairs) on any in-warranty Apple desktop and portable product. With an Apple authorized desktop and portable Technician on-site there is no
in-warranty desktop or portable hardware repair we can't do. All Apple hardware comes
with a one year warranty from the time of purchase. Apple does not cover ANY software problems at all including their installed Operating System.
Please bring all paperwork such as bill of sale, AppleCare warranty paperwork, etc. to our office with your warranty machine in case there are any questions on your warranty status or eligibility.
